Lockdown Lifestyle 2.0: Weight Loss Check in Week 7

Hey everyone, welcome back to the blog or welcome to the blog if your reading for the first time

Here we go guys and girls we’re back with another weekly weight loss recap and showing some consistency in making sure we post these up

Let’s kick straight off and make this a fairly short blog this week!

Straight into the numbers we go…

We started the week at 214.0lb, and our average weight come this morning was 214.0lb once again meaning that this week we unfortunately didn’t have any weight loss

This of course means we didn’t hit our weight loss goal for the week which was 2lb and in fact we were some way off when you think about it! Which sucks, but, we don’t dwell on that we continue on and work harder this week

A couple of factors that didn’t help this week were the big weigh in on the Monday which was the post Valentine’s Day weight in & this morning I weighed in heavy after a few beers and some pizza last night as it was Saturday and I have a 3 day weekend

This is the thing I want to stress the most though to anyone out there dieting

When you have a bad meal, or you have a few beers, or you fall off track for a day, yes it may look bad in the numbers but it isn’t going to undo everything you have worked for unless you continually do this and allow yourself to slip up again and again

For me I like dieting in the week and having a bit of a nicer or more treat like meal at the weekend and it works for me well!

It will no doubt work even better once gyms are reopened and we can get back to training which will burn more calories and allow for these meals even better

But if you have a day where you don’t feel like it then just have a day off and continue tomorrow

Your hard work and consistency over time will show results and that’s what I have learnt to deal with

For me this week I’ll be dropping my calories to 2000kcal per day as of late I have found that I don’t eat until I get home from work which can be anything from 3-5pm and then I just eat all my daily calories at once so a slight drop really isn’t going to affect me too much

I’ll look to be a bit more on point this week and hopefully come next weekend we will see a nice weight loss amount

I’ve been thinking I want to help others with their journeys of weight loss and would love to work 1 to 1 with someone to support them, give them advice from what I have learnt and help you get results so if you feel this is something you would be interested in please do reach out to me and it’s all free of course

I hope you all have a great weekend and I’ll catch you all in the next blog

Stay safe, stay positive and stay winning ♥️
