Weight Loss Update

Welcome back everyone, another week, another blog entry, and it’s been another good week,

First off, let me start by saying I had a Chinese last night! Sweet & Sour Chicken, Noodles, Curry, Rice, the works, and it was so good

I have only gone over my calories in the past 13 weeks a couple of times and minimally, so it was nice to get a fairly decent meal in and go over and not feel too guilty,

That being said, it’s back to working hard this week and hopefully getting to the 2 stone + in weight loss come next Sunday’s update

I’ve been told I’ll be back to work in around 7-10 days time, with that in mind my whole routine will change in regards to daily exercise,

Currently I’m managing around 1hr 30mins walk per day, but that will have to change once back to work, I will keep everyone posted on the plan,

I’ll be looking to implement a lot more exercise over the coming weeks, with gyms potentially re opening, and with a big push to hit my goal of around 206lb in 16 – 20 weeks of dieting

With that in mind, this week I finished with an average weight of 218.7lb down from 220.6lb, giving me a further 1.9lb weight loss, and bringing me over all to 27lb on the nose lost so far,

I’m extremely happy with that, and will be looking to this week tip the weight loss over the 2 stone mark with a loss of 1lb or more, which going on previous weeks should not be an issue.

What’s the plan moving forward?

With only 12.7lb left before I hit the original goal weight I set myself, it’s getting close to a good time to plan for the future of the transformation

This week starting, will be week 14 of the journey, and with an aim of 16 weeks I have 3 weeks left to smash the weight loss,

Though I do not believe I will hit 206lb in that time, I do feel I could do that with a couple of added weeks

But then what?

Well the plan and overall goal is to create the best physique of my life, and of course to do that I’m going to need to then change the diet up and make sure I’m training hard in order to make this happen

I’ve been thinking about this a lot, and I do believe that once I hit the 206lb mark, the best way forward will be to employ an online macro & training coach to really get me over the line

I’ve decided I’ll be looking to do around 8-12 weeks of Macro & Training coaching, in the hope that in that time I can make the final transition & changes to my body I’m looking for

I’ve been doing this current diet starting at 2000kcal per week, and currently down to 1790kcal per week,

I do however believe in order to really progress I’ll need to increase my calories and my training to match, and I don’t think I would have the knowledge or expertise to get this 100% correct, that’s where a coach will come in

With everything in life, you may be good at something (I feel I have done extremely well on this diet on my own) but, someone can always help you take this to the next level

The biggest thing for me is that to achieve a let’s say shredded physique you need to be spot on in the kitchen and until this point I have only tracked calories

Though I know the principles of macros and macro calculations etc I believe someone will be able to help more, I currently have 3 coaches in mind, and I will be looking more into these over the next 3-4 weeks
