Welcome back everyone! I hope your all doing fantastic on this quite rainy Sunday?
As you all know lockdown I’ve made the use of my time by trying to encourage a healthier lifestyle with diet and exercise!
So I’m back once again with a new weekly accountability blog! And once again we’ll be going over the following
• A screen shot of my daily weigh ins (I like to weigh daily, then take those at the end of the week, add them together and divide by 7, to give me an average weight! This is what I will judge myself on)
• Any exercises / routines that I have undertaken in that week
• A summary of how it’s going
• What I will be changing going forward
So…let’s get straight to it!!
So, I started this week at an average weight of 236.6lb, and after 7 days I have weighed in at 233.7lb my average! Giving me a loss this week of 2.9lb and an overall weight loss so far of 12lb!! Am I excited about this YES!! So this week I will hopefully be able to drop a further 2lb and hit the 1 stone mark which I will be extremely happy with!!
Exercise & Diet
Exercise: The blisters from the previous well have now gone, we’ve invested in some ultraboost and I have been walking every day, I have been doing 5.4 miles per day! Which I find is a nice amount!
I have however not really done the PE with Joe this week, so I will be looking to add 3 sessions of this in, this coming week!
Diet: I dropped my calories to 1900kcal per day, which seems to be have helped in dropping weight, and I will continue at 1900Kcal per day currently and see how this week goes!
As always I do want to note that I do intermittent fast, with my feeding period between 12 – 8pm
Any Changes Going Forward?
The main change this week, i will be trying to complete at least 3 PE sessions with Joe
I am also looking to change my diet slightly so that I can eat more filling foods, that are low calorie meaning I can have more in a portion size
I appreciate this isn’t the longest blog today, I just wanted to give everyone an update on what’s happening and what will happen going forward,
