Welcome back everyone! I hope your all doing well on this slightly duller Sunday? Hopefully everyone is making the most of there time in lockdown, seeing the family they are allowed too, learning something new, improving something, what ever it may be!
Today’s blog is going to be a bit different, and something I have thought about doing for a while! During lockdown I’ve made the use of my time by crating a healthier lifestyle with diet and exercise incorporated!
One thing I have found in the past is that a great way to lose weight and keep on track is to add some accountability to it! So … going forward I’ll be posting a weekly blog, mainly on a Sunday that will document a bit about the week, if there’s anything I have changed or will change going forward, and maybe even give some inspiration to others to do the same!
The Basics & What will be included in these posts
• A screen shot of my daily weigh ins (I like to weigh daily, then take those at the end of the week, add them together and divide by 7, to give me an average weight! This is what I will judge myself on)
• Any exercises / routines that I have undertaken in that week
• A summary of how it’s going
• What I will be changing going forward

So, I started this week at an average weight of 237.9lb, and after 7 days I have weighed in at 236.6lb as my average! Giving me a loss this week of 1.3lb and an overall weight loss so far of 9.1lb!!
Exercise & Diet
Exercise: Due to some crazy blisters at the beginning of the week, I didn’t do any exercise Monday through to Wednesday, I was giving my feet time to recover! I have now invested £160 😭 into some Adidas Ultraboost! Which are incredible for walking, and I did continue to do a daily walk from Thursday
I did also manage to take part in 2 of Joe Wicks PE lessons (I would highly recommend these, they can be tough at times)
Diet: The diet side of things I have now dropped my calories to 1900kcal per day, which seems to be okay for now, and I find I’m still relatively full each day!
I do want to note that I do intermittent fast, with my feeding period between 12 – 8pm
Any Changes Going Forward?
The main change this week, will be that I will be going back to walking everyday usually the 5.4 – 5.7 miles!
I will also be trying to do at least 3 of Joe Wicks PE lessons, this will hopefully add the the calories burned for the week
I won’t be changing my calories this week, as I will now look to stick at around 1900kcal for as many weeks as I can before I plateau then I will look to change things up!
I appreciate this isn’t the longest blog today, I just wanted to give everyone an update on what’s happening and what will happen going forward,
